What is included in these rates ?
Our rates are ALWAYS per room, per night and they include buffet breakfast and all the services specified in the section “THE ROOMS” and more specifically: Air conditioning, Independent heating system, Set Top Box with 200 channels in different languages, Flat screen LCD TV, Free Laptop computer (one per every room), Free WiFi high speed Internet connection, Digital safe. Also included in the price are the Free Sony Playstation sets + games available on request, the free iPads with newspaper subscriptions available at the desk and the wifi connection all over the hotel and the HAPPY HOUR.

What is NOT included in these rates ?
Our rates do not include the items in the mini-fridge in the room, the usage of the telephone in the room and the city tax. According to the City Council resolution n. 230/33 of June 20th – 2011, the City of Florence has introduced the city tax, applied to non-residents staying overnight, for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. The city tax rate is Euro 3,00 per night per person, and it is not applied to children up to 10 years old. This tax is never included in our prices. We are required to collect this tax for the local government. Please calculate the tax amount for your party and add it to the hotel price.
